The Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency (WFSFAA) has provided different financial assistance schemes for needy primary students, including the‘School Textbook Assistance (TA) Scheme’, the‘Subsidy Scheme for Internet Access Charges (SIA) and the Student Travel Subsidy Scheme. Application methods are as follows:

• Parents can get the application forms in the school, district offices of the Home Affairs Department or WFSFAA.
• No matter how many child(ren) the applicants have, they can apply for various student financial assistance for their child(ren) at pre-primary, primary and / or secondary level by completing one single form, as it is a family-based application form.
• Parents should not give the duly filled form to the School, rather it should be posted to WFSFAA directly.
• Parents can also download and submit the application form online.
