In the last term, P6 students conducted a Balloon Rocket experiment. Students used straws, string, tape and balloons to explore how to make a balloon rocket to go faster and farther through the use of straws and strings.

Last week, students worked together to build another rocket! In the English Library lesson, the teacher first read the STEAM book ‘How to Build a Fizzy Rocket’ with the students, and then in the Chinese Library lesson, the teacher explored the principles of air rockets with the students and then made air rockets with their hands.

The students squeezed the plastic bag, the reaction force caused by the pressure of the gas, and the students' learning power were so strong that they could send the rocket into space!
