參觀沙田文化博物館
Visit to Hong Kong Heritage Museum

上星期，蒙養二年級學生前往沙田文化博物館參觀，深入探討節日浪費的問題。透過導賞活動，學生們學習了不同年代玩具的特點，體驗了玩具背後的文化與歷史。
Last week, P2 students of Mung Yeung went to Hong Kong Heritage Museum and got the chance to explore the festive waste of Hong Kong. Through the guided tour, students learnt about the characteristics of toys from different periods and got to know more about the culture and history behind toys.

透過這次參觀，學生們不僅增廣了見識，還思考如何利用節日剩餘的物資，創造出獨特的玩意，減少浪費。這正是我們STEAM教育的核心——結合科學、技術、工程、藝術和數學，培養學生的共通能力！
Through this visit, students not only broadened their knowledge, but also thought about how to make use of the leftovers from the festive season to create unique gadgets and reduce wastage. This is the core of our STEAM education - combining science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics to develop students' generic skills!
