In the General Studies lesson of P2, students learnt about the "capillary action" through a simple experiment on paper flowers, and explored the relationship between the material of paper flowers, the number of petals and the speed of blooming through investigative activities.

Apart from enhancing students' interest in science, the investigative activities also helped students to understand the nature of science and how it is related to our daily lives.
