‘Glass Painting’ Workshop on Spiritual Wellness
我們先翻開繪本,
認識情緒的五味紛塵,
每一種感受,都值得被珍惜,
從快樂到憂傷,
情緒如彩虹般繽紛。
Let's open the colouring book first.
We will learn about the five flavours of emotions.
Every feeling is worth treasuring.
From happiness to sadness,
emotions are as colourful as the rainbow.
接著,我們拿起畫筆,
在玻璃上輕輕描繪,
用色彩表達心中的故事,
每一筆都是情感的釋放,
當顏色交融,
心情也隨之變得輕盈,
學會如何紓緩,
讓心靈的窗戶更加明亮。
Then we pick up the paintbrush
We'll draw on the glass
We use colours to express the stories in our hearts.
Each brush stroke is a release of emotion.
When the colours blend, the mood becomes lighter.
Learning how to relieve, and
let the windows of your mind become brighter.
