Visit to Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden 

P1 and P2 students entered the Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden in Hong Kong with eager anticipation! Upon stepping into the grounds, the fresh air and vibrant array of flowers instantly filled the students with excitement.

In the plant section, they observed a vast array of flora – from towering trees to delicate streamside blossoms – discovering how each plant possessed unique shapes and textures! Drawing on their general knowledge lessons, the pupils learned how plants grow through photosynthesis – truly marvellous!

Next, the group visited the animal area where small creatures resting under the sun, tempting visitors to approach! Our teachers explained that protecting flora and fauna is vital not only for their survival but also for the health of our environment.

This visit deepened the students' knowledge and affection for plants and animals, while also sparking a greater awareness of environmental conservation! We look forward to exploring nature's wonders together again soon!
