"Tiangong Class" Hong Kong and Macao Designated Session Live-Streamed Space Lesson

On 9 September, we were honoured to join students in gazing up at the starry sky via our screens as the ‘Tiangong Class · Hong Kong and Macao Designated Session’ live space lesson commenced!

Organised by the governments of the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions in collaboration with the China Manned Space Agency, this was a truly rare opportunity! The Shenzhou-23 crew delivered the lesson in person: Commander Dr Zhu Yangzhu, astronaut Mr Zhang Zhiyuan, and Hong Kong's first payload expert, Dr Lai Ka-ying,

The pupils watched real-time science experiments, gasping in amazement, and listened intently as students from Hong Kong interacted with the astronauts, learning about the nation’s space technology with hearts full of wonder and pride. 

This lesson not only planted the seeds of space technology in the children’s hearts, but also filled them with pride for their motherland!
