乘風航 
 Adventure-ship 

早前，蒙養高年級學生出席乘風航航前工作坊。
Earlier last week,  senior students of Mung Yeung attended the Adventure-ship pre-tour workshop.

 在工作坊中，同學們了解到乘風航的意義，以及如何在活動中共同合作，克服挑戰，並把所學運用到實際情境中。他們熱情參與討論，提出獨到的見解，展現了他們對於這次活動的期待與信心！
 In the workshop, students learnt about the meaning of windsurfing and how to work together to overcome challenges and apply what they learnt in real-life situations. They enthusiastically participated in the discussions and offered unique insights, demonstrating their anticipation and confidence in the programme!

 這是一個讓學生們探索自我的旅程。我們期待高年級同學們能在即將到來的踏浪之行中，收穫珍貴的經驗，共同跨越更大的挑戰！
 This is a journey for students to explore themselves. We look forward to seeing the senior form students gain valuable experiences and take on even greater challenges on their upcoming trip!
