Visit to Lively Elderly Day Training Centre

蒙養四年級學生於上星期參觀樂力長者日間訓練中心，深入探討如何為長者設計合適的復康健身器。透過與長者互動，學生了解到長者的需求以及所面對的挑戰，並學習了如何利用科技和創意改善他們的生活質素。
P4 students of Mung Yeung visited Lively Elderly Day Training Centre and explored how to design suitable rehabilitation and fitness equipment for the elderly. Through interacting with the elderly, students learnt about their needs and challenges, together with how the elderly can use technology and creatively to improve their quality of life.

透過與專業人員的交流，學生們反思健身器材的設計原則，並與同儕討論如何讓這些器材更符合長者的實際需要。這不僅增強了同學們的設計思維，還培養了他們關懷社會的精神。
Through communicating with the professionals, students reflected on the design principles of fitness equipment and discussed with their peers on how to make such equipment more responsive to the practical needs of the elderly. By doing so, not only can it enhance students’ thinking of design, but also cultivate their spirit of caring for the community.
